- Insert the number of people in each category and the form
will compute the amount owing. - Indicate on the form the method of payment (cheque or
Interac e-Transfer)
- Mail completed form and cheque to:

- Login to online or mobile banking at a participating financial institution
- Choose Interac e-Transfer within the Transfer/Payment menu options
- Select recipient by entering an email membership@westrougetennisclub.com
- Fill in the Interac e-Transfer information (dollar amount, account from which to withdraw the funds, a security question (make the
answer to the security question WRTC2020 unless your banking institution requires a longer password). - Follow the instructions to confirm the information and complete the transfer.
